Terms and conditions

Complete new system
2,3&4 year warranty.
 
1. The boiler warranty is with the manufacturer, the system warranty is with ourselves.
2. The boiler has to be serviced every 12 months by ourselves within 4 weeks either side of the installation date, at the current rate.
3. What is covered: everything supplied and installed by ourselves as part of the whole heating system, subject to our terms and conditions.
4. What is not covered: gas supply pipework, and any pipework buried in fabric of buildings, adjustments to controls, hot/cold water tanks, pipework, any plumbing or electrical works, any defect/ fault caused directly or indirectly, any defect liability caused by circumstances beyond our control, fire accidents, acts of war or adverse weather conditions, customer/ tenant damage, any damage deemed to be inappropriate by Camplings Ltd, burst pipes, any defect damage caused by sludge/ corrosion within the system, system contamination, flues that are not part of the boiler, under floor heating, blocked condense wastes due to blocked wastes, drainage pipes (internal and external), any decorative works following replacement of faulty parts, pipework, any asbestos related problems.
 
Mains water pressure: You may experience difficulties with your central heating system due to loss or reduction of the mains water pressure in the incoming water mains supply. This is not a fault with your heating system. If this happens you should contact your local water supplier.
 
3rd party agreements: This warranty is not transferable and will only be in your name.
Design or existing faults: We will not include the cost or repairs needed because of design faults (unless we are responsible), or faults which existed before you entered into this agreement and which we could not identify on our first inspection of that particluar system or appliance using reasonable care.
third party or accidental damage: We will not include the cost of the repairs replating to damage caused by you or someone else.
Consequental loss: Unless responsible for it, we will not include loss or damage to property (including cleaning needed) caused by the appliance, boiler or system breaking down or leaking (for example, damage to furniture caused by water leaks).
If we have to dig on your property, we will fill any holes and leave the surface level but not necessarily replace the original surface or construction. Any redecoration that may be needed following our work is your responsibilty, unless we have been negligent.
Normal insured risks: We will not include the cost of repairing faults, or damage caused by freezing weather conditions, subsidence, structural repairs, accident, fire, lighting, explosion, flood or storm. You should check your houshold insurance to make sure you have enough cover for these risks.
 
Our responsibilities: We will meet our responsibilities under this agreement within a reasonable time unless it is impossible for us to do so because of circumstabnces outside our reasonable control.
This warranty does not include 24 hour call out service, but we will endevour to attend promptly.
