Before entering a dwelling staff must introduce themselves in a polite manner.
 
An identfication card should be offered for inspection to the tenant/ householder on each occasion.
 
All engineers should have a smart appearence. Engineers should be dressed in protective clothing and wear shoes that are smart and workmanlike.
 
All engineers should ensure the working area is adequatley cleared from any obstruction and that any possible danger is removed woth the tenants/ householders permission and should have due regard for health and safety in all instances.
 
A dustsheet must be used on all occasions to protect the tenants/ householders property.
 
Treat all property as if it were there own.
 
The engineer to keep the customer informed of all work carried out and explain the reasons for any further works.
 
Leave the user happy with the work we have completed.
